What is Paranormal Scotland Ltd? Paranormal Scotland Ltd is a paranormal investigation events company. We organise and host paranormal investigations that you can take part in. Our mission is to break the barrier and stigma that is associated with investigating the paranormal while providing you with an unforgettable experience.

How can I book a place on a Paranormal Scotland Ltd paranormal investigation event? You can book directly through our event shop on our website. You can also book yourself onto an investigation while you are at an investigation and get an exclusive 10% discount. 

What is the benefit of booking onto another Paranormal Scotland Ltd investigation while I am already at an event? You will receive an exclusive 10% discount if you are booking another investigation while at an event. 

Will I be forced to take part in activities or experiments at a Paranormal Scotland Ltd event? Absolutely not! We will never force anyone to do anything they are not comfortable with. Prior to any activity your group leader will explain every aspect of what is going to happen and will never single anyone out for not participating. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed while you are investigating with us. 

What do I wear to an investigation hosted by Paranormal Scotland Ltd? You can wear what you feel comfortable in. If the location is going to be cold or if there are uneven floors, then this will be mentioned in the pre-event email that Paranormal Scotland Ltd will send out one week prior to the event allowing you enough time to look out warm clothing and appropriate shoes. We always advise to wear sensible clothes and shoes to any investigation. 

Do I need to buy my own equipment for the investigation? No, you don't. Paranormal Scotland Ltd will provide you with all the kit you need to successfully investigate a location. Every guest is issued with a basic kit including an EMF meter, Temp probe and torch. Your team leader will have selected extra kit best suited for the location.  

Can I bring my own investigation equipment? Yes, that is fine, and we love to see what other paranormal investigators are using to investigate. We do remind you that it is your responsibility to look after the kit you have brought. 

Does Paranormal Scotland Ltd carry out private investigations? Yes, we do. We meet regularly as a team and visit locations in our spare time. A lot of our private investigations you can see or read about on our socials and website. 

I've booked onto an investigation, but my friend wants to come at the last minute. Can my friend arrive with me and buy their ticket at the location? If you have somebody that would like to join the investigation, then you would need to contact us directly on our booking line 0141 536 0998 or our mobile number 07723290351 and ask if we have any spaces available. We will always do our best to accommodate but due to the ages of locations the rooms can be small, and we are limited to a certain number of people set by the venue.

I've booked onto an investigation however I can no longer attend the date I've booked. What can Paranormal Scotland Ltd do to help me? If you are unable to attend the investigation you have booked we will do our best to transfer you onto another date for the same location. 

I'm worried in case I hurt myself and the location is remote. At every Paranormal Scotland Ltd event we will always have a trained first aider on the team and fully stocked first aid kits. The first aid trained staff will introduce themselves at the briefing and you can also identify them by their uniforms. It is a legal requirement for us to have at least one first aid trained team member at a location. If you require further medical care a member of the Paranormal Scotland Ltd team will contact the Scottish Ambulance Service.
