what a night at the Pearce Institute in Govan on 11/1/2025. my first time investigating and it was fantastic. being able to use some of the equipment and actually taking part in any active investigating is top tier, in my opinion. It’s definitely not a tour vibe, you are emersed in the investigation. It seemed that in the Pearce Institute the best method of connection, for me, and most others in our group was the EMF detectors. They really were a great tool to use. We were getting direct replies to questions asked. The basement was really active and the spirit of a little girl called Emillia seemed to take a liking to my hubby. we used a spirit box, dowsing rods, ovilus, temperature detectors, cat balls, rem pods and laser grid. As much as there was lots going on I don't want to plant seeds in people's heads who maybe want to go and join an investigation with the team, but I can say you won't be disappointed . the Scotland paranormal ltd team are fabulous too. Very accommodating and welcoming. They invite you to join in and don't leave you sitting on the sidelines. Very professional but completely down to earth, and you will make new friends with others who are joining the investigation with you. I can’t recommend this enough for anyone who has an interest for or in the paranormal or even the for the sceptic ! definite 5 from me. it was my first and definitely won't be my last. cheers guys for an incredible night and congratulations on your first investigation event, here's to many many more

Never been to the Pearce Institute before so this was our first time. I was immediately impressed by the how professional the set up was. There was an abundance of equipment for everyone to use as well. Our guide for the evening was Angela. Angela was super friendly, down to earth and super accommodating. There was ample opportunity to use all the equipment and enough time in each of the locations within the building. The groups were kept at a good number where there weres enough people to carry out investigations without it being overcrowded. Refreshments were included which was awesome! 100% recomend.

This was my first time at a ghost hunt and I wasn't sure what to expect. We were all issued with a red EMF meter for the night. We went to our first area to investigate and nothing seemed to be happening. Our group leader Fraser explained that it can sometimes take a while to warm up and in his experience activity can happen if we ignore the room and talk to each other. Around twenty minutes into the first area one of the cat balls lit up.
We moved onto another area and we used a radio device that scanned radio stations. We got the name Robert and that he didn't like women in the billiard room. Some of the EMF meters were lighting up along with a cat ball which was cool.
The basement has to be my favourite area. Before we went to the basement we were all given hard hats which turned out to be a godsend because the ceilings are very low. We used the red EMF meters and they all lit up when we were asking questions.
I'm hooked now! We booked Provan hall and can't wait.
A nice team of people that make you feel relaxed if you are nervous.

I had such an incredible night at the Paranormal Scotland event! The seances, hands-on experiments, and table tipping session created an electrifying atmosphere that exceeded all my expectations. Using the paranormal investigation equipment to search for evidence of spirits was both thrilling and immersive. I was utterly enthralled, at times I could feel the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, I was so glad I was holding onto my hubby’s hand. In addition the complimentary gift and refreshments were a fantastic bonus. I left feeling truly inspired and eager to book another adventure with a crowd of my family and friends next time. I would highly recommend this unforgettable experience!

Oh my Ghost -ness!! What an incredible evening at the Pearce Institute in Govan Never did I think I would experience the amount and level of paranormal activity that we did. I was amazed Thank you so much Fraser and your team for a night I won't forget, you're all amazing and very knowledgeable. I went to the Secret bunker investigation hosted by paranormal scotland ltd, and I must say it was an experience like no other! From the very beginning their professionalism was evident. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed and had our photos taken and shown to the break area for tea and coffee, the team introduced themselves during a welcome talk, which was a great personal touch. They made sure that everybody felt comfortable by informing us who the first aiders were and running through all the fire safety procedures for the venue. They give you a welcome pack containing info on the location like the hauntings and history etc. Nice touch ! This meant we could refer back to it through the night.
They are equipped with a wide range of ghost hunting gadgets. We were given our own EMF meter and temperature probe for the investigation but you can also pick up other gadgets or dowsing rods etc. Having been to other investigations by other companies and groups before I can safely say that paranormal Scotland are the best. The team are knowledgeable and light hearted making the night fun also. during breaks the team come around and chat to everyone making sure all is ok.
Around one week prior to the investigation the team sent an email going over any important info you need to know and ask if you have any allergies or dietry requirements. I am Gluten Free so this was a god send. Normally I have to bring my own snack with me but they supplied a full range of GF biscuits. THANK YOU !
I wholeheartedly recommend booking with paranormal Scotland! If you want a memorable and enjoyable paranormal investigation experience then book with these guys! And thank you for our end of investigation presents !

We had a great experience at Provan Hall. Lots of activity and intelligent responses to our questions in two separate areas. The team were great too, our group leader Thomas was always nearby to support us and we had some very interesting experiences altogether and in a smaller team. Can’t wait to investigate another location. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in the paranormal.

My friend and I have been on loads of ghost hunts over recent years but Provan Hall on 5th April was our first one with Paranormal Scotland. First of all I would just like to say how professional they are, providing lanyards and wrist bands and there was also a large selection of emf detectors, temperature readers and lanterns which meant that all guests had the opportunity to use some equipment through the night. The team are also very friendly with a good sense of humour. My friend and I are definitely looking at future events with Paranormal Scotland and can’t wait to join the team again.

Was mine and my sisters first time going to one of the paranormal Scotland me and my sister had been following them for a while and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed, such an amazing building with so much history the team that organised this was very professional and friendly and i highly recommend experiencing this.
